Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

- Shipping Time: Begins once processing is complete and is determined by the chosen shipping method and your destination.
Please note that our order cutoff time follows Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00).
Deliveries may take longer during peak seasons and promotional events.
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The overall delivery time is a combination of processing and shipping periods.

Tracking Your Package
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- You can check the tracking status directly on our website.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for some carriers to update tracking information. If there are no updates after 10 business days, contact [email protected].
Shipping Delays
If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, please contact us at [email protected], and we will issue a full refund. If you encounter any unexpected delays, let us know so we can assist. We aim to respond within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, first check the delivery location thoroughly. Then, contact the shipping carrier regarding the issue. If the problem persists, email [email protected].
Incorrect Addresses
We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout and notify [email protected] immediately if you notice any errors.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Merchhpublic is not liable for customs fees if: 1) The package is rejected by the recipient, or 2) Delivery fails after multiple attempts.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without a guaranteed refund.
